- 1 sachet of dry yeast
- 60 g sugar
- 1 egg
- 40 g of soft butter
- 400g flour
- Filling:
- 200 g ground hazelnuts
- 100 g chopped hazelnuts
- 60 g sugar
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 50 g melted butter
- 100 ml of milk
- For brushing: 1 egg yolk
- Icing:
- 150 g caster sugar
- 3-4 tablespoons of milk

- In a bowl, mix the warm milk, yeast and sugar. Let stand for 5 minutes until the mixture foams.
- Add the egg and softened butter and mix until well combined.
- Gradually add the flour and knead until you get a soft dough. Let it rise for 1 hour.
