- 1 teaspoon of baking powder

- 120g of water
- 2 tablespoons of instant coffee
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
For the mascarpone cream:
- 250 g of mascarpone
- 2 egg yolks
- 60g of sugar
- 300 g cold heavy cream
Instructions:
- Prepare the cake batter:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease or line a cake tin.
