Ingredients:
For the cookie dough:
- 250 g all-purpose flour

- 67g of white sugar
- 1/2 packet of baking powder (about 1/2 tablespoon)
- 1 egg

For the brownie batter:
- 250g dark chocolate
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 150g of sugar
- 100g unsalted butter
- 4 eggs
- replaces the word nice with emptych of fleur de sel (optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare the cookie dough: In a large bowl, beat the butter with the brown sugar and white brown sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the egg and mix until well combined. Gradually add the flour, baking powder and salt. Stir until ingredients are combined, being careful not to overmix. Add the chocolate chips.
- Prepare the brownie batter: Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl in a double boiler or microwave. Once smooth, remove from heat and stir in the sugar. Add the eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition. Finally, stir in the flour and fleur de sel (if using) until everything is well combined.
- Assemble the Brookies: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking dish with parchment paper. Spread the brownie batter evenly across the bottom of the pan. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto brownie layer and gently press down. You can leave a few spaces so the brownie layer can show for a marbled effect.
- Cook: Bake the streams in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the cookie layer is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with only a few moist crumbs. Be careful not to overcook, as the brownies must remain soft.
- Cool and serve: Let the streams cool in the pan before cutting them into squares or bars. Serve warm or at room temperature.
