- 80 g softened butter

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 8 g active dry yeast

- Add the butter:Add the softened butter to the dough and continue kneading at medium speed for 5 minutes, then 5 minutes at higher speed. The dough should be smooth and elastic.
