- 1 roll of phyllo dough
- Melted butter for brushing
For the cream:
- 2 eggs
- 390 g of condensed milk
- 170 ml of milk
- Vanilla extract (optional)

- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of water
- Juice of half an orange
- Orange zest

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F). Spread the phyllo dough in a pie pan, brushing each layer with melted butter. Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
- For the cream, mix the eggs, condensed milk, milk and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
- Remove the phyllo from the oven and pour the cream mixture over it. Garnish with sliced strawberries.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 30 minutes, starting in the middle of the oven and then moving to the lower rack to ensure even cooking. The cream should set and look like the one shown in the video.
