Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 4 tablespoons coconut oil or 1/3 cup
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder (60%)
- 1 cup of strong coffee (without sugar)
- 1 1/2 cup fine rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 1 bar of 60% chocolate for topping
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a blender, combine eggs, coconut oil, honey and cocoa powder. Mix for about 3 minutes.
- Add the oatmeal and mix for another 2 minutes.
- Add the baking powder and mix briefly with the mixer.
- Prepare a homemade mold release by mixing 1/2 tablespoon of margarine, 1/2 tablespoon of oil and 1/2 tablespoon of flour. Use this mixture to grease the baking dish.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake.
- Once cooked, remove the cake from the pan while it is still warm. Place the chocolate bar on top, let it melt, then smooth it over the surface.
