- 1 small cup (about 100 ml) shredded coconut
- 1 small cup (about 100 ml) powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 sachet vanilla extract (about 2 teaspoons)
- 1 egg yolk (reserve the egg white for coating)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 to 2.5 cups all-purpose flour (as needed)

- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 egg white

Instructions:
- Prepare the dough:
