    • 90g semi-salted butter
    • 3 eggs
    • 150 g of cane sugar or white sugar
    • 100 g of whole liquid cream
    • 150g flour (T55)
    • 6g of baking powder

    • 100g milk chocolate
    • A pinch of salt
