- 500g of pure salted butter
- 120 ml (1/2 cup) cooking oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 200 g (1 cup) brown sugar
- 200 g (1 cup) caster sugar
- 540 g (4 1/2 cups) all-purpose flour
- 60 g (1/2 cup) cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 600 g (4 cups) dark chocolate chips
