- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 22 g cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 160 g all-purpose flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- Cherry filling:
- 220 g fresh or frozen cherries, pitted and halved
- 125 ml cranberry juice or cherry juice
- 120 g of cane sugar
- 20 g cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice or cherry liqueur
- Vanilla Whipped Cream:
- 360 ml unsweetened non-dairy whipping cream
- 90 g caster sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
