- 20 g sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla paste
- 1 sachet of cream stabilizer
- 250 g of fromage blanc
- 50 g coconut flakes

- Prepare the Brownie:
- Gently melt the butter and chocolate together; let cool slightly.
