- 100 ml of milk
- 40 g of sugar
- 15 g of fresh yeast
- 350 g flour
- 1 egg, size ML
- 35 ml of sunflower oil
- Cinnamon butter:
- 80 g very soft butter
- 100 g brown sugar
- 3 teaspoons of cinnamon
- Filling:
- 3 ripe peaches, peeled and thinly sliced
- Cream cheese filling:
- 40 g very soft butter
- 110 g of creamy fresh cheese
- 50 g of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
Instructions:
- Prepare the yeast mixture:
- Heat the water, milk and sugar in a blender (TM) at 37 degrees, level 2, for 2 minutes. Dissolve the yeast in this mixture.
- Prepare the dough:
- Add the flour, egg and sunflower oil to the yeast mixture. Knead with the mixer in the dough position for 3 minutes.
- Transfer the dough to a large bowl, cover and let sit for 2 hours to rise.
- Assemble the rolls:
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface until you obtain a 30×30 cm square.
- For the cinnamon butter, mix the softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a blender until well combined. Spread this mixture evenly over the rolled dough.
