Ingredients:
- Around 30 boudoirs
- Cold milk for dipping
- For the cream:
- 500 g of mascarpone
- 600 g of heavy cream
- 1.5 teaspoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons of lemon curd
- Juice and zest of 1 organic lemon
- 2 additional tablespoons lemon curd for layering
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine the mascarpone, heavy cream, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, lemon curd, lemon juice and zest. Beat until mixture forms stiff peaks.
- Briefly dip the ladyfingers in cold milk and place a layer on your serving dish.
- Pipe or place a layer of lemon mascarpone cream on the ladyfingers. Put a little lemon cream in the gaps.
- Add another layer of soaked ladyfingers and cover with the remaining cream. Once again, sprinkle with lemon curd.
- Refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 5 to 6 hours, or ideally overnight, to allow the flavors to meld and the dessert to set.
