1 pound jumbo boiling pasta
15 ounces ricotta cheese
8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 large egg
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon chopped basil
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon salt
Freshly cracked black pepper to taste
2 cloves of garlic , minced
1 (24 ounce) jar of spaghetti sauce

Instructions :

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) .

Cook the jumbo pasta according to package instructions until al dente .

In a large bowl , mix together the cooked pasta, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese , Parmesan cheese, egg, parsley , basil , oregano , salt, black pepper , and minced garlic.
