- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 200g of yogurt
- 170 ml of oil
- 300 g flour
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- For filling:
- 800 g strawberries, cut in half
- Vanilla Pudding Cream:
- 800 ml of milk
- 2 sachets vanilla pudding powder
- 80 g sugar
- For the icing:
- 1 packet red cake icing
- 250 ml of water
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- Prepare the cake base:
- Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Briefly stir in yogurt and oil. Sift together flour and baking powder and stir into wet ingredients until combined. Spread batter onto prepared baking sheet and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25 to 30 minutes.
