- 400 grams of all-purpose flour
- 250 grams of vegetable cream
- 1 egg at room temperature
- 50 grams of sugar
- 10 grams of fresh yeast
- 10 grams of honey
- Filling:
- 80 grams of brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- Icing:
- 150 grams of powdered sugar
- 2-3 tablespoons of water
Instructions:
- Dissolve the yeast in the warm cream, add the honey, stir and leave for a few minutes.
- In a mixer or on a work surface, combine the flour, sugar and egg. Mix until well integrated, then stir in the yeast mixture. Knead for a few minutes until smooth.
- Form the dough into a ball, place it in a covered bowl and let it rise for 2-3 hours.
