  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup (240ml) breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 handful of chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
