- 150 g) sugar
- 50g unsalted butter
- 200 g of milk chocolate
- 100g dark chocolate
- 100g white chocolate
- 70g hazelnuts
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

- Melt all the milk chocolate, 50 g of dark chocolate and the butter in a bain-marie.
