- 190g all-purpose flour
- ¾ teaspoon baking powder
- ⅛ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon of fine salt
- 30g unsalted butter, melted
- 95g powdered sugar
- 60 ml of sunflower or vegetable oil
- 125 ml semi-skimmed milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Spray oil for lubricating
- Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
- In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- In another bowl, mix together the melted butter, powdered sugar, oil, milk, egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until the mixture is smooth and well incorporated.
- Grease a donut mold with spray oil.
- Spoon or pour the batter into the donut pan, filling each donut about three-quarters full.
