- Ingredients:
- 220 g melted butter
- 150g light brown sugar
- 170 g of powdered sugar
- 125 g self-rising flour
- 100 g ground pistachio
- 185 g plain flour
- 1 egg and 1 yolk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 60 g of white chocolate pieces
- Crushed pistachios for decoration
- Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix the melted butter, light brown sugar and powdered sugar until well combined. Add the egg, yolk and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- In another bowl, mix the self-raising flour, ground pistachio and plain flour. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until well combined. Add the pieces of white chocolate.
