- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 50 g cornstarch
- 100g caster sugar
- 50 g brown sugar
- 100g melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml of milk
- 50 g crushed amaretti biscuits

- 1 sachet of baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- 3 apples, thinly sliced
- Lemon juice (for the apple slices)
