- Ingredients:
- 400 g ladyfinger biscuits
- Milk for dipping
- 700 ml whipped cream
- 250 g vanilla dessert cream mix (two packets)
- 250 g of cottage cheese (40% fat)
- 250 g of mascarpone
- 100g sugar (adjustable to taste)
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 500g strawberries
- 2 packets of instant gelatin
Method:
- Briefly dip half of the ladyfingers in the milk and place them in a 24×24 cm baking dish.
- Mix the whipped cream, dessert cream mix, fromage blanc, mascarpone, sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth. Spread half of this cream mixture on the ladyfingers.
- Dip the remaining ladyfingers in the milk and cover them with cream.
- Spread the remaining cream mixture on top.
- Puree the strawberries and add the instant gelatin. Quickly spread it over the cream layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
