    • 400 g ladyfinger biscuits
    • Milk for dipping
    • 700 ml whipped cream
    • 250 g vanilla dessert cream mix (two packets)
    • 250 g of cottage cheese (40% fat)
    • 250 g of mascarpone
    • 100g sugar (adjustable to taste)
    • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
    • 500g strawberries
    • 2 packets of instant gelatin


  1. Briefly dip half of the ladyfingers in the milk and place them in a 24×24 cm baking dish.
  2. Mix the whipped cream, dessert cream mix, fromage blanc, mascarpone, sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth. Spread half of this cream mixture on the ladyfingers.
  3. Dip the remaining ladyfingers in the milk and cover them with cream.
  4. Spread the remaining cream mixture on top.
  5. Puree the strawberries and add the instant gelatin. Quickly spread it over the cream layer.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
