- 250 grams of butter biscuits
- 90 grams of melted butter
- 500 grams of strawberries (for assembly)

- 200 grams of heavy cream
- 200 grams of white chocolate
- 1.5 tablespoons of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Juice and zest of half a lemon
- For the icing:
- 300 grams of strawberries
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 50 ml of water
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
