- 150 g all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 25 g of black cocoa powder
- 100g unsalted butter
- 107 g chocolate (mixture of dark and semi-sweet)

- 110g heavy cream (about half a cup)
- 120g buttermilk (about half a cup)
- Half cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions:

- Add the eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Alternately add the dry ingredients and the liquid ingredients (heavy cream and buttermilk) to the chocolate mixture, starting and ending with the dry ingredients. Mix until everything is well combined.
- Add the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean or with a few crumbs attached.
