- 90 grams of powdered sugar

- 130 ml heavy cream (33% fat), heated
- 50 grams of butter (82.5% fat)

- 60 ml heavy cream (33% fat)

- Prepare the base:
- Line a 20cm round mold with plastic wrap.
- Mix the crushed biscuits with the milk and press them into the bottom of the mold to form a base.
- Prepare the cheesecake filling:
- Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks, then stir it into the cream cheese mixture.
