Ingredients:
- 200g of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 250 g grated carrots
- 150 g grated apples
- 250g of flour
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 200 g ground almonds
- 125 ml of neutral-tasting oil
- 125g very soft butter
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
For garnish :
- 150g of fresh cheese
- 150 g of mascarpone
- 2-3 tablespoons of powdered sugar
- A little dash of cream
- Mini eggs for decoration
Preparation:
- Bake the cake:
- Preheat the oven to 160°C (fan) or 180°C (conventional).
- In a large bowl, mix the sugar and eggs until creamy. Add the grated carrots, apples, flour, baking powder, almond powder, oil, butter and cinnamon. Mix until the dough is smooth.
