- 5 big potatoes skin removed and sliced into 0.6 inch rounds
- 2.64 pounds of ground beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- 0.5 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
- 10.6 ounces of chopped spinach
- 8.45 fluid ounces of cream
- 5.07 fluid ounces of milk
- 1 packet (1.76 ounces) of white onion soup powder
- 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
- Preheat oven to 440°F (220°C) and grease a medium-sized round or oval baking dish .
- Place the sliced potatoes in a medium-sized pot filled with salted water and bring to a boil . Cook for approximately 10 minutes then drain.
