- 125 g light brown sugar
- 1 medium egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 225 g all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 150 g of milk chocolate pieces
Oreo layer:
Brownie layer:
- 100g dark chocolate
- 100g unsalted butter
- 2 medium eggs
- 140 g of ultrafine sugar
- 50 g all-purpose flour
- 25g cocoa powder
- 150 g of milk chocolate pieces
Instructions:
- Start with the cookie layer by mixing the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla, mixing until smooth.
- Stir flour, baking soda, salt and cornstarch into butter mixture, beating until a dough forms. Add the milk chocolate pieces.
- Press dough evenly into the bottom of a 9×9-inch baking pan lined with parchment paper. Freeze for 20 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C, 160°C with a fan).
- Create the second layer by arranging the Oreos evenly on the refrigerated cookie dough.
- For the brownie layer, melt the dark chocolate and butter until smooth. Whisk the eggs and sugar until thick and fluffy, then stir into the chocolate mixture.
- Sift in the flour and cocoa powder, folding until just combined. Add the milk chocolate pieces.
- Pour the brownie batter over the Oreos, spreading them to completely cover them.
