  • 100g of sugar
  • 150 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder

For the chocolate cookie dough:

  • 100 g butter, room temperature
  • 100g of sugar
  • 150 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder

  • 1 egg
